Biography
Mateusz takes part in projects related to mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising via shares and bonds issue with introducing financial instruments to the Alternative Trading System. His other areas of interest also include issues concerning valuation of enterprises and financial modelling.
A graduate of MA studies at Warsaw School of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, specializations: banking and corporate finance. He is also a graduate of MA studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Faculty Finance and Accounting; specialization: financial advisor.
In 2015 he joined the transaction advisory team at Grant Thornton.
