The goal of the service is to support our clients in the process of business takeover, trademark takeover or acquisition of stocks, shares and chosen assets of organised parts of enterprises.

The service includes Grant Thornton advisers seeking out target entities that would meet the client’s acquisition criteria and which, once taken over, would contribute to increasing the value of their business through realised synergies. An adequate specification of the synergies sought that are consistent with the client’s development strategy is key to a successful transaction.
