Labor costs’ streamlining service is a response to companies that have been considering or have already taken a decision to streamline, reduce labor costs or make them flexible. Our consultants analyze the client’s current situation and then present areas for potential savings and optimizing employment structure. We also support the process of project implementation and communication.
