The stock exchange implements SE MSP Partner Companies and SE Partner Companies - Primary Market Leaders schemes in order to make finding proper partners supporting businesses on their way to floating easier to those businesses.
The schemes are designed to support businesses seeking financing on the public market, in particular, to create conditions stimulating the growth of small and medium enterprises by enabling them to find funds on the stock exchange.
Grant Thornton Fr±ckowiak has been invited to co-operate due to his experience in relationships with quoted companies and activity on the primary market. Our key tasks as a partner company include assistance in issuing the prospectus and other documents prepared by future issuers in the broad sense of the word as well as day-to-day consulting related to the issuer's presence on the stock exchange.
