The business activity of the purchased company is focused on running the car dealerships in Warsaw. We had the pleasure of supporting the Buyer – the entity from PGD Group (one of the leaders among car dealers in Poland). With four Renault and Dacia dealerships and sales of 5,269 cars in 2021, the deal can be considered the largest in the history of the Polish dealer market.
Within the transaction we have provided transactional legal services as well as due diligence services and supported our Client in developing and negotiating complete transaction documentation and conducting legal, financial and tax due diligence of the acquired company.
As a result of the transaction, our Client gained the opportunity to further expand its business within the infrastructure and strategic location of the acquired car dealerships. Moreover, the portfolio of our Client has been expended by two new car brands: Renault and Dacia. We have no doubt that the decision will contribute to strengthening of PGD Group as the leader on the Polish automotive market.
