The acquisition of wind farms from European Energy will significantly enhance Enea’s renewable energy portfolio. As a result of this investment, the installed capacity of renewable energy sources within the Enea Group will increase by 17%. Additionally, the transaction includes the planned purchase of a 25 MW “ready-to-build” photovoltaic project, to be developed alongside one of the wind farms.

The company has been present in the Polish market since 2006, with 200 MW of installed renewable energy capacity and plans to develop projects exceeding 5 GW in total capacity
