Grant Thornton advised Lyvia Group on the acquisition of IT Systems & Solutions, a technology company

Experts from Grant Thornton provided advisory services to Lyvia Group in the acquisition process of IT Systems & Solutions Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in innovative cloud solutions and IT security.

The Grant Thornton team, composed of Katarzyna Buda, Katarzyna Ciesielska, Dominika Ryngwelska, and Dariusz Gałązka, supported Lyvia Group in financial and tax due diligence, as well as transactional advisory services, including negotiations on price and financial aspects of transaction documentation.

Lyvia Group is a pan-European corporate group that was founded in 2022, through a merger of several of EHAB’s portfolio companies. The Group’s main activity is to acquire and develop small and medium sized entrepreneur-led companies, primarily with a focus on software solutions and niched IT services within mission-critical areas.

IT Systems & Solutions (ITSS) is a Polish company that provides end-to-end cyber security and cloud solutions for large businesses and the public sector, offering custom development, IT infrastructure modernisation, consultancy and cyber security services.

This is Lyvia Group’s second transaction in Poland, resulting in the addition of its first company operating in the field of cybersecurity.
