Our support included conducting financial and tax due diligence as well as performing a valuation of the target. The transaction was part of the second round of financing, through which Quantum Innovations raised a total of PLN 41 million to establish its own production line, conduct regulatory and clinical research, achieve certification, and enter major global markets.
