Grant Thornton supported Mo-BRUK in the acquisition of ECO POINT

Grant Thornton experts advised the Mo-BRUK Group in the process of acquiring 100% of the shares in Eco Point PSA, a company based in Gdańsk that specializes in the collection and processing of waste generated by the port services, shipbuilding, and industrial sectors.

Our team provided Mo-BRUK with financial and tax due diligence, legal due diligence, as well as transaction advisory services.

The transaction value may amount to PLN 46 million minus net debt. An additional earn-out of approximately PLN 10 million may be paid, subject to the achievement of defined business targets.

As a result of the transaction, Mo-BRUK will expand its core business in the field of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste processing to include a new category of oily waste. The acquisition will strengthen Mo-BRUK’s presence in northern Poland and enhance its capabilities in circular economy services and total waste management.
