The transaction value may amount to PLN 46 million minus net debt. An additional earn-out of approximately PLN 10 million may be paid, subject to the achievement of defined business targets.
As a result of the transaction, Mo-BRUK will expand its core business in the field of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste processing to include a new category of oily waste. The acquisition will strengthen Mo-BRUK’s presence in northern Poland and enhance its capabilities in circular economy services and total waste management.
The Mo-BRUK Group is listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and is part of the mWIG40 index. Its core business includes waste management – specifically, the solidification of waste, production of alternative fuels, and incineration of hazardous and medical waste.
