As a result of the transaction, Mo-BRUK’s processing capacity, taking into account environmental permits for the processing of hazardous waste in the sintering and stabilization segment, will increase from the current 100,000 tons to 240,000 tons annually. Meanwhile, Mo-BRUK’s total processing capabilities for all waste, including hazardous and other waste, will increase from the current 170,000 tons to 390,000 tons annually.
