We have a pleasure to inform about the successful conclusion of the international project in which Grant Thornton supported an innovative developer of the cutting-edge software for managing the logistic process for all the participants of the supply chain, as its legal, tax and business advisor.
As the result of the above mentioned process two independent entrepreneurs have established strategic cooperation aiming at joint development and provision of innovative services based on the experience and know-how of one partner and the dedicated software developed by the other.

The transaction included the transfer of the enterprise (in particular IP rights to the software), implementation of the mutual measures securing the transaction and establishment of the complex corporate structure for the company, created for the purpose of joint-venture. Transaction legal advisory team of Grant Thornton’s legal office, supported by Grant Thornton’s tax and business advisory experts, provided complex support covering all stages of process, in particular
