The subject of this transaction was sale of the part of the enterprise of ATLANTI Sp. z o.o. to the German RAZOR Group. Within the transaction we have provided comprehensive advisory on both legal and tax matters in particular in terms of developing and negotiating of the investment agreement and other transactional documentation.
