Grant Thornton supported Lekaro Sp. z o.o. in the acquisition of shares in Zamet Industry Sp. z o.o. The scope of work included financial and tax due diligence and negotiation of SPA provisions relating to financial matters and purchase price.

Zamet Industry is a Polish manufacturer of steel structures, machinery and industrial equipment.

Lekaro operates in the waste management sector and is expanding into other industries through inorganic growth, having previously acquired Zamet Budowa Maszyn S.A
