We are very pleased to announce, that on April 21, 2022 the transaction of sale of 100% of shares in CDA Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. to an entity belonging to the international Bufab Group, was closed.
As part of the transaction the Grant Thornton M&A advisory team acted as an exclusive advisor to the owners of CDA Polska, providing M&A advisory. Our specialists have guided the sellers through all stages of the transaction process, including, among others, preparation of information materials about the company, identification and contact with potential investors, negotiation of initial offers, support in due diligence of the company, preparation of the SPA and other transaction documents as well as negotiation of financial and business aspects of the transaction.
CDA Polska was founded in 2003 and is the leading provider of architectural hardware products and solutions for glass on Polish and European markets. The Company has more than 2000 active customers and generates revenues above 40 mn PLN. The HQ in located Wroclaw, but Company is also operating through branches in Gdynia and Warsaw.
Bufab AB (publ), is a trading company that offers its customers a full-service solution as Supply Chain Partner for sourcing, quality control and logistics for C-Parts (screws, nuts, etc.). Bufab’s Global Parts ProductivityTM customer offering aims to improve productivity in the customers’ value chain for C-Parts.
