Grant Thornton advised Eneris Group in the acquisition transaction of Grabplast

The experts from Grant Thornton supported the Eneris Resources Group in the acquisition process of 100% of the shares in Grabplast Sp. z o. o., located in Grabów.

As part of the transaction, we provided our Client with financial and tax due diligence as well as legal due diligence support.

The transaction will enable the Client to enhance their value chain by incorporating plastic recycling operations conducted by Grabplast, and it also represents a significant step towards transitioning to a circular economy model.

Eneris is a leading Polish firm working for sustainable development. With over 2000 employees in 28 locations, it serves 1.4 million residents in over 100 municipalities, as well as many entrepreneurs nationwide. It shapes a circular economy and promotes energy transformation. It actively invests in the development of infrastructure and environmental services in industries related to resource recovery and zero-emission.

Grabplast was founded in 2019 with a primary focus on environmental protection, reducing natural resource consumption, and minimizing waste.
