Grant Thornton awarded in tax advisory ranking

We are pleased to announce that Grant Thornton Poland has secured two first positions, as well as one third place, in the latest edition of the prestigious tax advisory firms ranking by "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna".

This year, during the announcement ceremony, we received three recognitions:

  • “Largest tax advisory firm in terms of revenue” in the medium-sized company category (3-20 employees with professional titles),
  • “Largest tax advisory firm in terms of the number of substantive employees” in the medium-sized company category (3-20 employees with professional titles),
  • 3rd place in the category of “Tax advisory for transactions and restructuring”.

We are particularly pleased with the last recognition, as it highlights the fact that Grant Thornton is among the leading companies in the Polish market, possessing specialized competencies to support complex, multi-disciplinary transactional processes of Polish and international enterprises.

"Grant Thornton conducted six tax due diligence projects and provided support in negotiations, structuring, and finalizing acquisition processes for a leading client - a large telecommunications group - in 2023 alone. The Grant Thornton transactional tax advisory team was also responsible for planning and providing comprehensive support in implementing a series of further reorganizational actions, planning and executing processes such as: company divisions, sale of parts of businesses/assets, sale of share rights,"

reads the justification in “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”.
