Which legal decisions truly mattered in 2025? Which regulations will change the way businesses operate in 2026? Answers to these questions can be found in the latest publication, Yearbook 2025, prepared by Grant Thornton Law Firm – a practical year-in-review seen through the eyes of advisors who work with entrepreneurs on a daily basis.

Yearbook is not just a summary of figures and projects. Above all, it is a guide to the key legal trends that companies will face in the coming months. The publication shows how law genuinely influences management decisions – from transactions and restructurings to compliance, new technologies and employment law.

In 2025, the Grant Thornton team supported more than 400 clients, handling, among others, 200+ corporate matters before the National Court Register (KRS), 50 reorganisation processes and 44 M&A projects. This hands-on experience formed the basis for the insights and recommendations presented in the Yearbook.

Grant Thornton’s hallmark remains its “business first” approach, combining legal advice with tax and financial perspectives. In response to market needs, three new specialist teams were established in 2025: Real Estate Law, New Technologies Law, and Immigration Law.
