Biography
Rafał has over twenty years of experience in transaction advisory services, accounting and tax advisory.
He is a leader of Margers & Acquisitions and Transaction advisory team. He supervises and conducts projects in the field of obtaining investors, including the sale of companies, acquisition of entities, formulation of joint-venture structures, as well as structuring of capital transactions, including processes involving changes in the structure of capital groups.
He has extensive experience in planning and implementing transaction processes in the areas of finance, tax, law and accounting.
