Biography
Grzegorz Szysz has nearly 20 years of experience in legal and tax advisory, with a particular focus on corporate law and M&A transactions. He specialises in transaction structuring, business asset reorganisations and the design of corporate group structures, and oversees multidisciplinary teams responsible for the end-to-end implementation of complex reorganisation and transactional projects.
He advises private entrepreneurs, investors and international corporate groups on both domestic and cross-border matters. Grzegorz supports clients in the execution of sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional projects, combining legal and tax expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to transactions.
As an Attorney-at-Law and Tax Advisor, he leads Grant Thornton Legal Szysz, managing a team of nearly 50 lawyers and tax professionals. His expertise has been repeatedly recognised by leading legal and tax directories, including Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, The Legal 500 and ITR World Tax.
