Biography
Magdalena Marcinowska is a Partner at Grant Thornton Poland, responsible for the development of payroll and HR outsourcing services.
For more than two decades, she has supported organizations in the areas of human resources, payroll, accounting, and business process outsourcing. She combines practical knowledge of Polish HR and payroll regulations with experience in service development, compliance, client relations, and team management.
She places particular emphasis on service quality, people development, and building teams that effectively deliver on clients’ objectives. Her key strength lies in identifying interdependencies and challenges that extend beyond a single area of responsibility and translating them into practical actions that support organizational growth.
