Biography
Grzegorz has over thirty years of experience in legal and tax law. He specializes in assisting entities in contacting tax authorities, tax control authorities and in proceedings before courts. He also provides ongoing advisory in the field of corporate law, capital markets law, establishing and transforming entities, legal and tax support during mergers and acquisitions processes, as well as advisory in the field of competition law, e-commerce and consumer sales.
Attorney-at-law. A speaker at trainings and seminars on commercial companies law and tax law. An author of numerous publications concerning legal and tax issues in specialist press. A co-author of the following books: “Fixed assets, intangible assets, investments in real estate – the most complex issues in the balance sheet law and tax law”, “Mergers and acquisitions” and „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses. He is a member of a specialist team for family businesses. He has been with Grant Thornton since 2000.
