Biography
Michal has multiyear professional experience including transaction advisory and forensics practice. Michał holds the title of Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since 2019 and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA – Management level) since 2023.
He led multiple investigations i.a. focused on unfair competition, acting to detriment of the company, misstatements of previous owners in the SPAs. His area of specialization are post-transaction investigations, where he sees increased potential for the client to recover incurred losses.
He works closely with external and in-house legal counsels enhancing success of further legal steps stemming from results of his investigations.
