Małgorzata is responsible for the area of strategic consulting, creating and implementing development strategies for enterprises and succession strategies. For 25 years, she has been cooperating with Polish enterprises in the field of creating and redefining business models, building and implementing strategies, improving organizational and management systems, as well as implementing innovative solutions. Helps build the vision, identity and effectiveness of family businesses and supports them in developing effective solutions by conducting workshops developmental. Member of the Grant Thornton industry team for family businesses.
She has confirmed competences allowing to conduct coaching processes based on 11 key competences of the International Coach Federation coach. She has the international title of Certified DISC D3. Speaker at conferences and business events.
