Biography
Maja specialises in conducting legal due diligence reviews in connection with acquisitions, capital investments and corporate reorganisations. She advises investors, sellers and business owners on the identification and assessment of legal risks related to the operations of target companies. She leads due diligence projects covering, among others, corporate, contractual, regulatory, real estate, employment and data protection matters.
Maja supports clients in analysing due diligence findings and preparing recommendations that enable the effective management of identified transaction risks. She combines extensive experience in corporate and commercial law with a practical approach to transactional processes. As a result, she helps clients make informed investment decisions and effectively protect their interests throughout negotiations and transaction execution. Maja has over a decade of professional experience, including advising on cross-border transactions and projects involving leading companies across various industries.
