Biography

Grzegorz has over twenty years of experience in tax law. He specializes in assisting entities in contacting tax authorities, tax control authorities and in proceedings before administrative courts. His activity also covers ongoing tax advisory, services related to establishing and transforming entities as well as providing legal and tax support during mergers and acquisitions processes.

Attorney-at-law. He is a member of a specialist team for family businesses.

An author of numerous publications concerning tax issues in specialist press. A co-author of the following books: “Fixed assets, intangible assets, investments in real estate – the most complex issues in the balance sheet law and tax law”, “Mergers and acquisitions” and „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses.
