Biography
Łukasz advises clients on data protection issues, including serving as a data protection officer. He has experience in legal audits and support processes for the implementation of necessary solutions in the area of personal data protection gathered in course of awork on several dozen projects. On a daily basis, he is engaged in ongoing consulting related to ensuring compliance of personal data processing based on Polish and EU legislation. In particular, he is responsible for drafting personal data processing agreements, conducting risk analysis, assessing data breaches and evaluating the transfer of personal data outside the EEA.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completed postgraduate studies in the Law of New Technologies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
In 2021 he joined Ousourcing Department at Grant Thornton and in 2023 legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
