Biography
Marcin has over fifteen years of experience in transfer pricing advisory, including preparation of transfer pricing reports, transfer pricing policies and determining the terms of intra-group transactions that are following the arm’s length principle.
He has supported the largest capital groups in Poland in the preparation and implementation of transfer pricing policies. He also has experience in financial and tax due diligence projects, consulting projects and tax audits. Marcin is a member of the Transfer Pricing Forum at the Ministry of Finance, where, as a member of the working group, he participated in the development of good practices in the transfer pricing area. He is also a deputy leader of the industry team for the wood and furniture industry.
Marcin is a graduate of the Grant Thornton Advanced Leadership Programme. Author of publications on tax and business issues in the professional press. Co-author of the book “The future of my company”. Speaker at trainings and conferences.
