Biography
Michal has 10 years of professional experience including transaction advisory and forensics practice. Michał acquired Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification in 2019 and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA – Management level) since 2023.
He led multiple investigations i.a. focused on:
- unfair competition,
- acting to detriment of the company,
- misstatements of previous owners in the SPAs.
His area of specialization are post-transaction investigations, where he sees increased potential for the client to recover incurred losses. He works closely with external and in-house legal counsels enhancing success of further legal steps stemming from results of his investigations.
