Biography
Natalia has over fifteen years of experience in tax advisory services. She specializes in the tax aspects of capital transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of businesses, partnerships, and companies, as well as mergers, demergers, contributions in kind, corporate transformations, and liquidations. She also advises domestic and international clients on the tax implications of conducting business activities in Poland. Natalia is a member of Grant Thornton’s specialist team dedicated to family businesses.
She is the author of publications on tax law topics published in specialist journals and industry media. Natalia joined Grant Thornton in 2010.
