Biography
Szymon has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including audits and reviews of financial statements, business advisory and financial due diligence engagements. He is an ACCA member (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). He has delivered projects for clients in the transport and logistics, cosmetics, trading, FMCG, e-commerce and energy sectors.
He began his career in corporate banking, then worked in PwC’s audit practice, and later joined the internal audit function of the Raben Group.
In 2017, he joined the due diligence team at Grant Thornton. In 2020–2022, he served as a Finance Manager for one of Grant Thornton’s clients, supporting the owners in strategic initiatives, including the successful monetization of their stakes.
In 2023, Szymon returned to Grant Thornton.
