Biography
Szymon takes part in projects related to mergers and acquisitions, raising capital via shares
and bonds issue, and introducing financial instruments to trading on NewConnect and Catalyst.
A graduate of MA studies at Poznań University of Economics and Business, majoring in finance
and corporate accounting, specialization: equity investments and corporate financial strategies.
In 2015 he joined the transaction advisory team at Grant Thornton.
