Biography
Tomasz has over 20 years of experience in tax litigation and corporate income taxation (CIT / WHT). He specializes in managing complex tax and administrative court proceedings, including cases of significant financial exposure and precedential importance for clients.
He represents taxpayers during tax and customs inspections, tax proceedings, and before the Voivodship Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. Tomasz has extensive experience in handling strategic tax disputes requiring active communication and negotiations with the Polish National Revenue Administration, development of comprehensive litigation strategies, and management of financial and reputational risk. He has been involved in cases requiring assessment of compliance of domestic regulations with EU law, including matters settled by the Court of Justice of the European Union.
He joined Grant Thornton in 2026, where he is responsible for the development of the tax litigation practice and supports clients in projects requiring an integrated approach combining tax, regulatory, and financial expertise.
