Purchase price allocation
Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) is intended to identify and estimate the fair value of acquired assets – tangible and intangible – for the purposes of disclosure in the balance sheet of the acquiring entity. According to IFRS 3, the acquiring company is obliged to disclose in its financial statements all the tangible and intangible assets held by the acquired entity.
