Grant Thornton advised on sale of Instal Bud Pecyna to Euroklimat (ČEZ)

We are pleased to announce, that Grant Thornton acted as an exclusive financial, tax and legal advisor to the shareholders of Instal Bud Pecyna in the sale of 100% of shares in the company’s shares to Euroklimat.

As part of the transaction, we guided the sellers and the company through all stages of the transaction process, including, among others financial analysis and preparation of presentation about the company, support in due diligence of the company as well as negotiation of financial, tax, business and legal aspects of the transaction, including the drafting of the sales agreement for shares and the remaining transactional documentation

Instal Bud Pecyna, headquartered in Żelechlinek, operates on the design and construction market and specializes in comprehensive services for medium-sized construction sites and large production and warehouse halls.

Euroklimat belongs to Czech energy group CEZ. The company provides a comprehensive range of installation services for buildings, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations (HVAC systems), water and sewage installations, electrical installations as well as equipment control and automation systems.
