We are pleased to inform about another unusual transaction of international character. EP WAGON Sp. z o.o. sold 25% shares in EUROWAGON Sp. z o.o. to the current majority shareholder, CANVETA LIMITED (company affiliated with China-CEE Funds). As part of the transaction, Grant Thornton provided comprehensive transaction support to EP WAGON Sp. z o.o. in the legal, tax and financial areas in particular in terms of determining the key business conditions of the transaction, as well as developing and negotiating the share purchase agreement and other transaction documentation.
