Grant Thornton M&A Team advised T-Mobile Polska on sale of Tele Haus Serwis to Vinci Group

We are pleased to announce, that on July 25, 2022 the transaction of sale of 100% of shares in Tele Haus Serwis sp. z o.o. to Vinci Group was closed.

As part of the transaction the Grant Thornton M&A advisory team acted as an exclusive advisor to the T-Mobile Polska, providing comprehensive and multidisciplinary support in the financial and legal area. Our specialists have guided the Seller and the company through all stages of the transaction process, including, among others, preparation of information materials about the company, identification and contact with potential investors, negotiation of initial offers, support in due diligence of the company, preparation of the SPA and other transaction documents as well as negotiation of financial, business and legal aspects of the transaction.

Tele Haus Serwis specializes in the construction and maintenance of optical fibre infrastructure with over a dozen years of experience on the Polish market.

VINCI is a world leader in concessions, energy and construction, active in nearly 120 countries and generating almost 50 billion EUR revenue.

Thanks to the transaction, Vinci will strengthen its position on the Polish market in construction and maintenance of optical fibre infrastructure market. For Tele Haus Serwis, the transaction means acquiring an international partner who will support the company in the implementation of its development strategy and enable its further expansion.
