Biography
Dariusz has over twenty years of experience in providing advisory services to entrepreneurs and companies. He manages tax, legal and business advisory teams. He specializes in legal, tax and balance-sheet aspects of advisory in the scope of capital transactions (mergers, acquisitions, transactions on companies, stocks and shares). He is the leading advisor for family businesses and the head of the business succession team.
Certified auditor. Employed at Grant Thornton since 1997.
Author of numerous publications concerning tax issues in specialist press. Co-author of the following books: “International Accounting Standards in Practice of Polish Companies”, “Fixed assets, intangible assets, investments in real estate – the most complex issues in the accounting and tax law”, “Mergers and acquisitions” as well as a book dedicated to family business „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses. Speaker at trainings and conferences.
