Biography
Dobrochna has several years of experience in the consulting industry. She is an expert in the field of project management and business consulting. She advises clients on the development of their organization’s project potential, diagnoses and improves the competence of project teams and creates environments for effective project management based on recognized methodologies. She designs and conducts Executive search processes, effectively effectively advising in the selection of suitable candidates on positions of management. She trains in managerial skills, runs workshops and trainings.
She managed complex innovative projects, consulting and training, implementing new organizational solutions and building a culture of innovation in organizations.
She completed certified training courses: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®, PRINCE2™ – PRojects IN Controlled Environments – PRINCE2™ Foundation Examination, Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D® and Level C®, Train the Trainers International Project Management Association Poland.
In 2017 she joined the consulting team at Grant Thornton.
