Biography

Karol provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs, particularly in the scope of civil law, law of commercial companies, capital market law and intellectual property law. He specializes in drawing up commercial agreements, conceptualising the succession of family businesses and providing legal services related to capital transactions, including in particular sales and purchase of companies, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and joint-ventures.

Attorney-at-law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics, majoring in managemenf of companies.

A member of the specialist team for family businesses. An author of publications related to the law of commercial companies in specialist press and co-author of the book „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses. A lecturer at the WSB University in Poznań.

In 2011 he joined the legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
