Biography
Natalia has over ten years of experience in tax advisory. She specializes in tax analysis of capital transactions such as the sale, acquisition of an enterprise, civil law partnership or a company, mergers, divisions and contributions, the tax consequences of forms of doing business in Poland by domestic and foreign clients, as well as transformations and liquidation of companies.
Involved in the work of the specialist team for family businesses.
She graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy of the Poznań University of Economics and from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
An author of publications concerning tax issues in specialist press.
In 2010 she joined the transaction advisory team at Grant Thornton.
