What is a digital maturity assessment?

The Digital Maturity Assessment is a comprehensive service that helps organizations understand how well they are realising the potential of digital technologies. It also helps determine how technology can contribute to better financial performance, improved product/service quality, increased customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

We use the Digital Maturity Index (DMI), a standardised method for measuring a company’s readiness to embark on digital transformation.
