Biography
Małgorzata has over twenty years of experience in consulting. She is responsible for the area of strategic business and operational consulting. She coordinates the work of teams providing services in the field of business consulting, directly participating in the implementation of major projects.
Her fields of expertise include the creation and redefinition of business models, building and implementation of development strategies, improvement of corporate and management systems, as well as the implementation of innovative solutions in organizations. She also specializes in conducting M&A processes – in collaboration with private entities from various industries, investment funds, equity groups, the State Treasury and local governments. She has successfully completed several dozen M&A processes, worth several hundred million zlotys.
She is the vice-leader of the consultancy team for the “Energy and natural resources” sector. He is also a member of the Program Board “Code of Good Transactional Practices” and “Code of Good Restructuring Practices”.
Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D®. A speaker at trainings and conferences.
In 2017 she joined the consulting team at Grant Thornton.
