Mariusz has over twenty years of experience in consulting.
He coordinates the work of teams providing services in the field of business consulting, valuations, business modeling, financial analysis, directly participating in the implementation of major projects
Has extensive experience in handling M&A processes. Successfully advised clients on the buy-side as well as the sell-side, and assisted in bringing in investors. Author of many projects related to the analysis and evaluation of possible scenarios for optimizing capital commitment in companies.
He is the vice-leader of the consultancy team for the “Energy and natural resources” sector. Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D®
During his career he has supervised and conducted numerous advisory projects, for businesses from industries including fuels, oil and gas mining, energy, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive as well as public administration and local governments.
