Biography
Agnieszka provides support with ongoing corporate services for Polish and foreign entities, as well as participates in projects in the area of capital transactions. She gained experience in the area of civil law, commercial company law and labor law in Poznan law firms, also dealing with legal advice for entrepreneurs.
Attorney-at-law. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
In 2019 she joined legal advisory team at Grant Thornton.
