What is a digital maturity assessment?
The Digital Maturity Assessment is a comprehensive service that helps organizations understand how well they are realising the potential of digital technologies. It also helps determine how technology can contribute to better financial performance, improved product/service quality, increased customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
We use the Digital Maturity Index (DMI), a standardised method for measuring a company’s readiness to embark on digital transformation. We analyse key areas of a company’s operations, i.e. digital strategy, way of working, digital offerings, customer relations, operating model and technologies used.
-
Who should do a digital maturity assessment?
Any company at various stages of digital transformation that wants to assess its progress and identify new opportunities to leverage digital technologies to increase its competitiveness. It is especially valuable for organisations looking for ways to optimise operations, innovate and improve customer relationships.
-
When is the time to do it?
If your company is looking to strengthen its position in the market and wants to use new technologies more effectively to do so, but you are not sure where to start or what areas need optimisation. Such a study is also crucial when planning a long-term digital strategy. It will make sure that your technology investments are delivering the expected business benefits, and that your company is properly prepared to apply for grants from the Industry 4.0 program.
-
What can you gain?
Your organisation will receive a detailed analysis of its current level of digital maturity and recommendations for the next steps that can increase productivity, innovation and competitiveness. Studies of companies with a high digital maturity index show that they achieve significant financial benefits through their digital sophistication, including increased revenues and profits, improved product/service quality, higher customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
