Yearbook is not just a summary of figures and projects. Above all, it is a guide to the key legal trends that companies will face in the coming months. The publication shows how law genuinely influences management decisions – from transactions and restructurings to compliance, new technologies and employment law.
In 2025, the Grant Thornton team supported more than 400 clients, handling, among others, 200+ corporate matters before the National Court Register (KRS), 50 reorganisation processes and 44 M&A projects. This hands-on experience formed the basis for the insights and recommendations presented in the Yearbook.
Grant Thornton’s hallmark remains its “business first” approach, combining legal advice with tax and financial perspectives. In response to market needs, three new specialist teams were established in 2025: Real Estate Law, New Technologies Law, and Immigration Law.
As part of the Yearbook, Grant Thornton lawyers also highlight the key trends and challenges that companies will face in 2026, including:
- the implementation of AI Act and NIS 2 regulations,
- the growing role of family foundations in succession planning,
- significant changes in employment law, including pay transparency,
- the need to develop a tailored compliance roadmap aligned with the chosen form of business activity.
