Biography
Wojciech is involved in projects concerning new technology law. He supports entrepreneurs who create or use digital products, including AI-based solutions. He specializes in advising creative industry entities, having spent the past nine years developing strategies for protecting and managing intellectual property. He has participated in providing legal support to leading players in the entertainment sector, including music authors and performers. He has designed and implemented solutions for protecting products, know-how, and brands, taking part in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
He is a doctoral student at the European Law Chair at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He serves as principal investigator and contributor in research grants focusing on data processing, artificial intelligence, and the digital single market. He has completed research internships and specialized courses in Italy and Germany, and is the author of academic publications as well as a speaker at international conferences on EU law, new technologies, and intellectual property.
At the beginning of 2025, he joined Grant Thornton Law Firm as Head of the New Technologies Law.
