Biography
Magdalena has over a decade of experience in legal advisory services, with a particular focus on corporate law and compliance. She advises entrepreneurs on matters related to corporate and civil law and supports clients in the reorganization of business entities. Her professional interests include the liability of management board members, compliance, and cybersecurity regulation. She regularly advises businesses on compliance-related matters, particularly those arising from evolving cybersecurity requirements. Magdalena is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
She is the author of publications on corporate law and the NIS2 Directive, as well as the report Management Under Compliance Pressure – Obligations, Risks and Legal and Financial Consequences. What Do the Data Say?. She is a frequent speaker at events for management board members and family business owners, as well as conferences and seminars dedicated to the legal aspects of cybersecurity.
