Marek provides legal assistance in cases related to the commercial companies law, civil law and intellectual property law. He specializes in such field as M&A and capital transactions, in particular in creating commercial agreements related to mergers and acquisitions and joint-ventures. Attorney-at-law. Member of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań. Member of the specialist team for family businesses and co-author of the book „The future of my company” dedicated to family businesses. Author of publications related to the law of commercial companies and M&A in specialist press. In 2014, he joined Grant Thornton Law Firm.
