Biography
Emilia advises entrepreneurs on matters related to personal data protection and also acts as a data protection officer. She has several years of experience in personal data protection in both the private and public sectors. On a daily basis, she provides ongoing advice on ensuring compliance with personal data processing based on Polish and EU regulations. She is in particular responsible for drafting personal data processing agreements, conducting risk analyses, assessing breaches and evaluating the transfer of personal data outside the EEA. She also conducts audit processes and is responsible for creating documentation related to personal data processing. Trainee attorney-at-law. A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is a certified internal auditor of ISMS ISO/IEC 27001.
She joined Grant Thornton Law Firm in 2024.
